It features a 4m x 2m private overflow swimming pool, ensuring exclusivity and serenity. Surrounded by a mud wall and accessible through its own private entrance, this house guarantees utmost privacy.

The ground floor unfolds into a magnificent hangout area, crafted from hand-hewn stones and supported by Ironwood pillars, which uphold the two-story frame. Just beyond the pool lies a stunning deck that cascades over the irrigation canal, presenting breathtaking views of the Ayung River and the picturesque Bongkasa Rice fields. Both the pool deck and the 40 m² porch outside the master bedroom offer million-dollar views that epitomize the beauty of Bali. The interior of the Pawon House is generously appointed, featuring two oversized linen sofas complemented by ancient bluestone tables from Belgium, adding a touch of historical elegance to the modern comforts.
